💌 — how to avoid scams ~ !
Honestly, there are a lot of people being scammed recently so I decided to give some simple ways to avoid scams (on discord and instagram)
( ★ ) the first and most obvious tip (which many refuse to do) use mm ! This is literally the simplest and quickest way for you to avoid scams; For many it is a "waste of time", but the only loss you normally have is your account because it was scammed.
( ☆ ) Of course there are also mms that are scammers, so you should only use verified mms
( ★ ) The second tip, which is also one of the most obvious, is to always check the person's discord on ksf
( ☆ ) "what is ksf?" ksf is a server that lets scammers, unprofessional mms & pilots get reported (scam servers too). you can search for anyone on ksf using their uid
Add: To see the person's uid on your cell phone, you just need to activate discord's developer mode
( ★ ) If the person refuses to use mm, makes up excuses for not using mm (like: "I was scammed by one in the past") always be suspicious of the person and ask for proof that the person has the account they say they have (account uid, account video, etc.)
( ☆ ) Always ask for the person's device (in case they can leave a link) and ask someone on the opposite device to check for links (example: if the person is an Android, look for someone who has an iOS to check for links)
( ★ ) If you still want to make a trust T, make sure the person's account is not new & has not been reported on ksf or here on qooapp
( ☆ ) Also make sure that the proofs the person is showing you are theirs, after all, it is easy to steal proofs from other people
